Of Sale: Ordering is easy. You can order by phone, fax or email using by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB and Eurocard. You can also pay by cheque in Sterling or US Dollars (please convert at the current exchange rate and add £10 currency conversion fee), and also by National and International Postal and money orders. Please do not send cash. Academic, Institutional and Public Libraries can be billed with a pro-forma invoice. Insurance and priority shipping can be arranged on request at cost. Postage is extra at cost plus a flat fee of 50p for packaging. |
